Order Processing

All domestic UAE orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sundays will be processed the following business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS containing your tracking details.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across the UAE for an additional fee of AED 10.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive an active tracking link via email/SMS to monitor the status of your courier delivery in real time.

7-Day Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your package.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all original tags/labels attached.

  • Proof of purchase (Order ID or invoice) is required.

  • Non-returnable items: Perishable goods, personal care/hygiene items, intimates, and items marked as Final Sale.

  2. Our courier will arrange a pickup from your delivery address within 2–3 business days.

  3. A return shipping fee of AED 18 will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received).

Refunds

  • Card Payments: Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the item passes inspection at our facility.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds are issued as store credit or via direct UAE bank transfer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can send a free replacement immediately.
